What is an escape room?
An escape room is an adventure game where participants hunt for clues to help them solve puzzles in order to complete an objective.
Who are escape rooms for?
Anyone can play, from corporate groups, to friends and family. Only people 16 or older can book an experience, those under 16 are required to have at least one adult on location during the experience. Can I add players after I make a booking?
Yes, we are happy to add players up to the room capacity limit either before your booking or upon arrival.
Will we be locked in the room?
At Escapes Unlocked you are always free to leave the experience at any time, the door you enter is not locked.
Will there be strangers playing with me?
All games are private, only the people you bring with you will play.
Can I make a booking outside of your normal hours?
Yes, we'd be happy to host your group! Please contact us to make an appointment.
How much does it cost to play?
The cost is $29 per player. One child under 9 is free for each booking with at least two paid tickets for Castle Quest. One child under 7 is free for each booking with at least two paid tickets for The Case of the Missing Cookie. Students are $25 on Thursdays. Payments made with a credit card are subject to a 3.5% fee.
Do I have to schedule a time to play?
Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend you call ahead as we may not have any available games when you arrive or we may not be on location.
