  • What is an escape room?
    An escape room is an adventure game where participants hunt for clues to help them solve puzzles in order to complete an objective.
  • Who are escape rooms for?
    Anyone can play, from corporate groups, to friends and family. Only people 16 or older can book an experience, those under 16 are required to have at least one adult on location during the experience.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 1831 Newman Rd in Okemos, MI.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Full refunds will be provided with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Will we be locked in the room?
    At Escapes Unlocked you are always free to leave the experience at any time, the door you enter is not locked.
  • When should I arrive for my booking?
    Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.
  • Will there be strangers playing with me?
    All games are private, only the people you bring with you will play.
  • Can I make a booking outside of your normal hours?
    Yes, we'd be happy to host your group! Please contact us to make an appointment.
  • How much does it cost to play?
    The cost is $29 per player. One child under 9 is free for each booking.
  • Do I have to schedule a time to play?
    Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend you call ahead as we may not have any available games when you arrive or we may not be on location.
  • Can I buy a gift certificate?
